These terms cover your use of eventplanza.com and app.eventplanza.com, operated by EventPlanza — a trading name of Bartlomiej Kordulasinski, sole trader, of 156A Manchester Road, Wigan, WN2 2EA, United Kingdom ([email protected]). By purchasing or using a planner, you agree to them.
Each planner is a one-time purchase — not a subscription, and there's no automatic renewal or recurring charge. Your access period is described at checkout and confirmed in your purchase email.
The price shown is the total you pay — there is nothing added at checkout. We are not currently registered for VAT, so no VAT is charged on your purchase.
Everything you enter into your planner (guest list, budget, vendor details, photos, etc.) belongs to you. You're responsible for what you and your invited guests upload — please don't upload anything unlawful, harmful, or that you don't have the right to share.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We don't store your card details. If something goes wrong with a payment or you have a billing question, contact us and we'll sort it out.
If you are a consumer in the UK or the EU, you normally have 14 days to cancel a purchase made online and get a full refund. Because a planner is digital content delivered to you straight away, that right works slightly differently, and the law lets you give it up in exchange for immediate access.
Bought directly from this site. Before paying you are asked to confirm that you want your planner made available immediately and that you understand you lose the right to cancel once it has been delivered. If you tick that box and we deliver, the 14-day right no longer applies. If you have not yet claimed your planner using the link we emailed you, the download has not begun and you can still cancel within 14 days for a full refund — just email us.
Bought on Etsy or eBay. Those marketplaces have their own cancellation and refund processes, and a purchase made there is covered by them. Contact us and we will help either way.
If something is wrong. None of the above affects your statutory rights. If the planner is faulty, not as described, or does not work as it should, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund regardless of anything you agreed at checkout. Email us first — we would rather fix it.
Don't use EventPlanza to send spam, harass guests, or attempt to disrupt the service (e.g. abusing upload limits or rate limits). We reserve the right to suspend accounts that misuse the platform.
We aim to keep the service running reliably but can't guarantee uninterrupted access — occasional maintenance or unforeseen downtime can happen.
We may update these terms occasionally as the product evolves. Continued use after a change means you accept the update.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer living elsewhere — in the EU, for example — choosing English law does not take away the protections you have under the law of your own country. Those continue to apply whatever this page says.
